Community Care Partnership of Maine (CCPM), an Accountable Care Organization comprised of sixteen Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and four community hospitals throughout Maine, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Regional Medical Center at Lubec to its membership. Together, CCPM’s member organizations are dedicated to improving the collective health of their communities through the coordination of sustainable, innovative, and effective patient-centered care.

“Regional Medical Center at Lubec is excited to join CCPM because it provides the opportunity to collaborate with FQHCs throughout the state and helps us continue to improve the health of our patients and the communities we serve”, said Tom MacDonald, Chief Executive Officer of Regional Medical Center at Lubec.

Established in 1971, the Federally Qualified Health Center specializes in providing comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral healthcare, HIV and substance use disorder services. With a mission to promote, provide, and coordinate quality healthcare for the Downeast Area, Regional Medical Center at Lubec serves more than 3,200 patients per year with 2 service locations in Lubec and East Machias, regardless of ability to pay.
