Sandy Nesin, Esq

Chief Executive Officer
Sandy Nesin, Esq. serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Community Care Partnership of Maine (CCPM) and Vice President of Operations at St. Joseph Healthcare. Ms. Nesin joined St. Joseph Healthcare (SJH) in 2016. A graduate of the University of Maine (B.A), and the University of Maine School of Law (J.D.), Sandy has experience working in both health care and health insurance operations. Sandy currently serves on the Policy Committee for the National Association for Accountable Care Organizations (NAACOS).

Mary Prybylo, RN, MSN, FACHE

Chief Research & Innovation Officer
Mary Prybylo serves as the Chief Research & Innovation Officer of CCPM. Mary Prybylo joined St. Joseph Healthcare in 2011, serving as the President of St. Joseph Healthcare/St. Joseph Hospital in Bangor, Maine. She also serves as a Senior Vice President for Covenant Health. Mary has extensive healthcare experience in both administration and patient care services. Prior to her time at St. Joseph Healthcare she served as the Chief Operating Officer at Waterbury Hospital Health Center and Vice President of Managed Care and Operations within the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Connecticut system. Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.

Timothy Clifford, MD

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Clifford serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Community Care Partnership of Maine (CCPM). Tim joined CCPM in 2021 in a part-time capacity, and continues to see patients as a staff physician at Bucksport Regional Health Center, a CCPM member organization. A graduate of Boston College (B.A.) and Tufts University School of Medicine (MD), Dr. Clifford completed his residency through Maine Dartmouth Family Practice Residency. Tim has extensive experience with data analysis and quality improvement.
