Lori Dwyer, JD, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Community Care Partnership of Maine (CCPM). Lori Dwyer, JD, joined Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) in 2012 as PCHC’s General Counsel and Compliance & Risk Officer. A graduate of Duke University (B.A.), the University of Alabama (M.A.), and the University of Maine School of Law (J.D.), Ms. Dwyer taught high school and community college after receiving her Master’s degree, practiced labor and employment law with Bernstein Shur in Portland, Maine for 7 years after graduating from law school, and most recently became a member of PCHC’s executive management team. Ms. Dwyer recently completed a graduate certification in healthcare compliance from George Washington University’s school of graduate studies. In April 2014, Ms. Dwyer added the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for PCHC to her other roles for PCHC. She brings to PCHC skills as a teacher, trainer, litigator, compliance officer, and trusted advisor. Ms. Dwyer has been devoted to public and pro bono service throughout her career, was recognized by the Maine Bar Foundation in 2012 for her pro bono service, and is privileged to live out her commitment to mission-based organizations every day through her work at PCHC.
